Situated in the heart of Durrës, within 1.2 km of the Port and just 3 minutes of walk from the Amphitheatre, at Villa Austria 1843 you can experience all the best Durrës has to offer. The villa itself is one of the most important historical villas of the city, with a well-preserved feel of its
past.

The whole structure has only recently undergone some changes, to give the maximum comfort to its visitors. In total there are 4 rooms (three rooms with double-beds and one room with twin beds), and two shared bathrooms.
There is also a beautiful and intimate garden, which is the perfect place for long night discussions, or for relax under the Mediterranean sun.

Guests can reach the villa easily since it is located very close to Epidamn Boulevard, which is the main boulevard of the city. While some of the rooms are equipped with a seating area, there are many shared spaces which are accessible for the visitors. We are much more than just a bed and breakfast! In this villa, throughout the last centuries, many important Albanian and international historical figures have left their mark, and every visitor has the chance to see some unique memorabilia which evokes more than 200 hundreds years of history.
