While the success of this agrobusiness is synonymous with the face and name of Fundim Gjepali, the Albanian chef of international renown, the actual work towards building the business began six decades ago, with Elez Gjepali, the owner of the land. Fundim is the “magician” who, ultimately, turned the family’s dreams into reality.
